Refund policy
Honoring Your Intention
We want your Itto Studio piece to feel like a true alignment. If your garment does not resonate with you, or if the fit interrupts your natural state 自然体 (Shizentai), we offer a 14-day return window, subject to the Terms and Conditions below, from the date your item is delivered. Purchases made between October 20 and December 24 can be returned until January 22. Returns are made by mail.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags.
The 14-Day Window (Right of Withdrawal)
You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without needing to provide a specific reason.
How Returns & Exchanges Work:
Change of Mind or Fit: If you choose to return an item because of a change of mind or to exchange a size, you (the customer) are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Once we receive the garment in its original condition, we will refund the full cost of the item. (Note: Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable).
Studio Errors & Quality: We stand behind our craft. If your garment arrives with a misprint, defect, or damage, we take full responsibility. We will cover all shipping costs to replace the item and ensure your intention is honored correctly.
To Start a Return:
Please email us at support@ittostudio.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without any justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Terms and conditions
All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and ultimately at Itto Studio’s discretion, including determining whether an item is unworn and unwashed, with the intent of providing the best experience to our guests. Potential fraud or abuse of this policy, including excessive or unreasonable returns, may result in the rejection of future transactions or returns. If we choose to provide a refund beyond 14 days or in the event there’s no proof of purchase, refunds will be applied to an Itto Studio gift card or in accordance with applicable local laws.
In some circumstances, we may request that additional information be provided, including personal information, for verification purposes. Itto Studio's practices relating to collection, use, and sharing of such personal information are further detailed in our Privacy Policy.
