Shipping & Orders

How long will it take to get my hoodie? Because we believe in sustainable, conscious production, we do not stockpile inventory in warehouses. Every item is printed specifically for you when you order it.

  • Production Time: Please allow 2–5 business days for your item to be printed and quality-checked.

  • Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States.

  • Most customers receive their order within 10–12 days.

Why did I receive two separate packages? If you ordered multiple items, they may be crafted at different specialized sustainable facilities. This ensures you get the best quality for each item type. Don't worry. Your other items are on their way!

Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are focused on serving our local community with the highest quality and speed before expanding globally.

Care Instructions

How should I wash my organic cotton hoodie? To keep the organic fibers soft and the Kanji design vibrant, we recommend treating your hoodie with care:

  • Wash: Machine wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle with mild detergent.

  • Dry: Tumble dry on low, or hang-dry for the longest life.

  • Avoid: Do not dry clean or use bleach. If you need to iron, iron on the cool setting and avoid ironing directly over the printed design.

My hoodie has a slight scent upon arrival. Is that normal? Yes! This is very common with high-quality, eco-friendly printing methods. It comes from a special biodegradable fixation agent used to bond the ink to the organic fabric. The scent will disappear completely after the first wash.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? We offer a 14-day return window from the date your item is delivered.  Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags. Returns are made by mail.

Purchases made between October 20 and December 24 can be returned until January 11.

What if my item arrives damaged? If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we will absolutely replace it for you at no cost. Please email us at support@ittostudio.com within 14 days with a photo of the issue, and we will send a replacement immediately. We want you to be 100% happy with your hoodie.

Sizing & Fit

How do the hoodies fit? Our hoodies are a Unisex / Relaxed fit. They are designed to be comfortable and cozy.

  • For a standard fit: Order your usual size.

  • For an oversized "streetwear" look: Order one size up.

How do I know my size? We recommend taking a hoodie you already own and love, laying it flat, and measuring the width (armpit to armpit) and length. Compare those numbers to the Sizing Guide link or Size Chart image on every product page.

Is the cotton really organic? Yes. We use premium organic cotton that is grown without the use of toxic pesticides or synthetic fertilizers. This protects the soil, the farmers, and your skin. We believe that high-vibrational living starts with the materials we touch every day.
